Terms of use
These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the Elitore Concierge website and any services we provide to you. By using the site or engaging our concierge, you accept these Terms.
Elitore Concierge is operated by UNC Collective, India (corporate registration details to be confirmed by legal).
Elitore is a private travel arrangement service. We plan, coordinate and — where you instruct us — book components of your journey with third-party suppliers (residences, airlines, ground transport, guides, experience providers). Elitore is not itself a common carrier, hotelier or tour operator. Any travel component you book through us is provided by the underlying supplier under its own terms and conditions, which we will share with you before you commit.
The public Elitore website does not require an account. To use our Curio application you will sign in through Curio itself, which operates under a separate account model. Communications with Eli (our concierge) and our human travel experts may be recorded for service-quality and record-keeping purposes.
Concierge fees, planning fees and any prepayments for third-party inventory are quoted to you in writing before you commit. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refund eligibility is set out in our separate refund policy and depends on the point at which cancellation is requested and the recoverability of amounts already committed to suppliers on your behalf.
Every stay, flight or experience we arrange is governed by the supplier's own terms — cancellation, change fees, force majeure and so on. We will always share these before you commit. Travel insurance is your responsibility; we strongly recommend it and can help you find a provider on request.
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, health documentation and any other paperwork required for the countries you travel to. We can research requirements but we cannot guarantee entry, and we accept no liability for missed travel resulting from documentation you did not hold at the time of departure.
You agree not to use the site or the service to break the law, harass anyone, submit forged documents, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to access anyone else's account or private information.
The site, its editorial content, brand marks (including "Elitore", "Curio" and "Eli") and code are owned by UNC Collective or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, mirror or republish any of it without our written consent.
Where Eli or Curio references content produced by third parties (destination descriptions, supplier photography, etc.), that content remains the property of its owner. If you believe your work is being used without permission, please write to legal@elitoreconcierge.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elitore, UNC Collective and its officers are not liable for indirect, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or reputation, arising out of your use of the site or the concierge service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the concierge fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in our commercial engagement letter with you; where none is specified, in the courts of Bengaluru, India (jurisdiction to be confirmed by legal).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect for existing travellers.
